After the highly controversial and widely opposed “Project Marvel” proposed data center rezoning in Bessemer, the City of Birmingham is considering a 6 month moratorium on all data center related activities. This pause on data center-related permitting, rezoning, and approval would give Birmingham time to develop a thoughtful approach to these resource-intensive projects - one that considers the needs and wants of Birmingham residents.
Please use the form on the right (or below if on your phone) to let the Birmingham City Council know you support this moratorium! ►►►
